Many people however avoid drinking water and option in for juice as it taste better.            Fruit juice definitely has a lot of benefits but the importance of drinking water can't be overlooked. 

Even if you drink fresh juices it can't replace the benefits of drinking water throughout the day. Water replenishes the fluids that you lose when working out and other activities. However ensure you drink clean and 100% pure water to avoid diseases and stay healthy or purify it through traditional and modern means. 

Why is drinking water important 

The importance  of drinking sufficient water can't be ignored. A person can stay days without food but only for a few days without water. 

Juice or drink plays an important role in supplying some of the essential minerals to the body.                                                                Benefits of drinking water 

Beverages or sweetened drinks can't provide the benefits of water.  Here are some of the benefit of drinking water.
