
There is an adage that says "Health is wealth". It is only a healthy man that manages his account and his resources, people in the hospital are dependent, to avoid sickness and to maintain healthy leaving you must be conscious of this three measures.
1. Exercise:
No matter how busy you are always make sure you exercise your body, this is why you hardly hear that Athletes are ill, Athletes only fall sick occasionally. Exercise mustn't be Gym, you can run, jog, dance, play ball or do press up or even squatting.
Do not over emphasize exercise it is needful for your physical and mental health.
2. Good food(Fruits, Vegetables and Protein):
Make sure you eat good foods like Vegetables, meat, Egg, fish, Fruits to help build and and maintain your physical and mental health.
3. Rest:
May look unimportant to some but even the most important, the body needs adequate rest everyday. One thing you should have in mind is, no amount you will make in life will be enough, once you hit your target you will want more. Always rest when is necessary
